I am studying only like 6-7 hours but whatever I studied was soooooooooooo efficient. This gives me extra hours every day .... Like going to gym (Started 2 days ago.. LOL) , spending sometime with my family, basically I m happy and satisfied... I thank you from the bottom of 💓 sir... U r born to be a leader 😎😎

There is a technique which i used during my second prof exams
I used to make list of topics
    Set goals for a day
    A study partner
Used to cover short questions and long questions separately
    And mark them after completing
This list is also helpful to me in quick revisions
And one thing is always with me
    Fear to failing
And i don't want to fail
This keeps helping me to push my studying boundaries
    Thats
    Nice talking to you sir

I love using FOREST app. And sometimes even 25 mins sounds daunting when I am not mentally motivated enough. So I just go for 15 min session and once i done it, I would do another 15 minute session and then take a 5 min break. And i do watch motivational videos during my big break and before bed time. And I get bored soo easily so i switch topics and reward myself once i accomsomething by watching my favourite songs or do something which I genuinely enjoy.👌

We are not machines, but we are who built the machines so we alwyas know how to hack. Pomodoro is the perfect example how to hack productivity. And how beautifully you have made it simple Sir. Thousands will be benifited by this immensely. A student is always suffering from luxury of options and hence becoming a problem. This is pure minimalism. If you wont cheat on yourself you've already crossed the line! Always grateful Sir.
Personal suggestion if anyone reading this.
    1. Use Endel as your timer as an alternative. It gives you customised sound according to your location and weather. It just works.
    2. Use Forrest app for your time logging. It helps you stay away from your phone and gives rewards for doing that. Exactly hacking your procrastination!

I'm a 13 years old girl and lemme tell you that these are the traits present in a human responsible for failure ...
this time , I didn't get my work dont and hence got less marks...
probably was a result of your strategy cuz it's sort of like working but start feelin' sleepy or exhausted especially while reading even after it's super interestin' ..
i love bio and used to get good marks but this time it's comparatively low may be cuz i didn't work ...
      so workin' matters..
life is worthless without a good work..
i wanna be a doctor .. what do you wanna be ..?

Thank you for this, it is exactly what I need. I am a professional portrait Artist and the work I do requires intense focus, but I cannot maintain this focus for long periods of time, I need to take regular short breaks. With the Pomodoro technique I will be able to structure my time more efficiently and get my paintings done in shorter time as it can take me weeks to finish one while the jobs que up and I get overwhelmed. This will definitely help. 👍

Although similar to your recommended app this one is a bit creative like setting a time for study and the app grows a tree during the period muting your all other operations of phone..if you tend to interrupt the schedule then you have to kill the tree to use the phone

This technique is apt. I was struggling with procrastination and prolonging focus was seemingly a daunting task. Thankfully, I understood how long I can focus on a topic. So once I'm diverted after half n hour or about an hour, I take a break. But a little longer. I realized this helped me atleast begin and helped me study for about 5 hours approx. Now that I stumbled on your video, this is pomodoro and makes much more sense. Bye bye procrastination!
