The rare Hearty Totem is underrated especially in Expert mode, reason being the pizza/meat take so long to eat so it gives you 3 extra hearts automatically when at full health then carry Slap juice/eggs/corn for fast heals... I use the rare Hearty Totem with either of the 3 charms you mentioned... top 4 charms for sure 😎
Thanks for this! I’ll test it out. The challenge is always which charm to swap out (especially when you only have two slots with the totem) but if your not in a Frost or Lava cave it sounds like a great option, or as long as you stack burgers or shakes for those caves with it 🤔

You use almost the exact same loadout except instead of using regeneration, I use resilience I can gain health from food, and the regeneration charm is too slow unless you use three at once
Yep there are a lot of people that prefer your loadout for those reasons. And honestly I always have pizzas on me so I should consider that because I hate the sound of starving, and so do my live stream viewers because they're always reminding me to eat 😂
