However, you are totally correct that they cannot blow through solid structures or even blow up a helicopter. Fireworks are very much explosives. Back when I was in university/college, one of my fellow student came back after New Year's sans three fingers on his right hand.

Latex is insulating to electricity, a full suit of it could stop quite a bit of charge, but even in 2003 they were stopping use of it in ambulances and hospitals because of how many people were developing allergies to it. A thin glove wouldn't stop much.
The top of an ambulance is foam, some wiring/lights, and a thin sheet of metal. But yeah the shock wouldn't go through it like that. Even if it was bare sheet metal the electricity wouldn't flow into the dude. Plus the machines are designed to send specific frequencies and amplitudes right across the heart to jolt it back into a good rhythm, not just spew thousands of volts at something.
I had CPR training years ago and they said it switched to no rescue breaths, apparently it's changed again to just be fewer. From the Mayo Clinic:
"Untrained- If you're not trained in CPR or worried about giving rescue breaths, then provide hands-only CPR. That means uninterrupted chest compressions of 100 to 120 a minute until paramedics arrive (described in more detail below). You don't need to try rescue breathing.
Trained and ready to go- If you're well-trained and confident in your ability, check to see if there is a pulse and breathing. If there is no pulse or breathing within 10 seconds, begin chest compressions. Start CPR with 30 chest compressions before giving two rescue breaths.
Trained but rusty- If you've previously received CPR training but you're not confident in your abilities, then just do chest compressions at a rate of 100 to 120 a minute. Details are described below."
Maybe she's just rusty and didn't get around to the breaths? :P
It depends on the type of firework. One of those little tubes that shoots them 20ft into the air? No, that's not gonna do anything to concrete or even much to a person's face. One of the mortar charges that lifts the firework hundreds of feet into the air, or several of them going off at once? That'd do some damage. Not as much as in the movie, but movies always get explosions wrong.

I'm not sure who taught you guys CPR but its point absolutely isn't to circulate oxygen through ventilation. It's to circulate blood. It's been like that already in 2003 when I was getting my first first aid courses in school and it's even more the case now. Chest compression alone can save life. Ventilation is a nice-to-have add-on. In fact, for all the weird shit in this movie, its CPR technique is one of the best I've even seen in cinema and you couldn't be more wrong with your take on it.

    • @Heavensrun
      @Heavensrun 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

The point of circulating blood IS to circulate oxygen. It doesn't matter if your blood is pumping if you don't also have oxygen in your blood. CPR guidelines include 2 breaths for every 30 chest compressions.

    • @JanPopieluch
      @JanPopieluch 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

@Heavensrun please check your sources before commenting. The issue is too important to spread misinformation.
Enough gas exchange to keep oxygen circulation is achieved through the movement caused by chest compressions. Breaths (or mechanical ventilation) are still part of the professional CPR, but for untrained bystanders, the hands-only CPR has been advocated for years.
The American Heart Association, The European Resuscitation Council, and other organizations have released guidelines describing hands-only CPR as the main method to save someone's life.
Moreover, ERC actually stresses that breaths should be performed only if you're trained and able to do them without stopping compressions for more than 10 seconds. If, for whatever reason, you're not sure or comfortable with rescue breaths, you should stick to hands-only CPR, and that's why it's universally recommended and taught to general public.

Are fireworks different in Canada than they are in the rest of the world? I wonder if Canada's idea of fireworks is just like bang snaps where you throw them on the sidewalk and they make a loud noise.

Fireworks explode, but they're not missiles. They're not gonna punch through walls and blow shield shaped chunks of corrugated metal off of the walls.

He's right about the diner jukeboxes in New Jersey being loud. At least, in some of them. At Six Brothers Diner in Little Falls it was very loud. Every time we left there, my friend Ross would feed a bunch of money into the jukebox and queue up Livin' La Vida Loca like five or six times, then we would leave.

They have to release a certain number of Spider-Man themed movies in order for the movie rights not to revert back to marvel, Google it you’ll find the explanation on why they force out crap like this and morbius, even why Peter Parker as a baby is being forced into this, it’s all about keeping their rights to Spider-Man and connected characters…

So I haven't seen this. Did the primitive spider tribe mail the baby back to America? Her mother and everyone else was dead. By the way fireworks were illegal in New Jersey from like 1936 to 2017 and have been illegal in New York since 1909. So I guess these were for a professional show and not public use.

they literally never explain the random fireworks at that location that Madame and Co. just happen to stumble upon and also they don’t explain at all how she got back to America after being born in fucking Peru in the middle of the forest so

From what I've seen of this movie, the "teenage girls" (quotes intentional) are completely obnoxious. I get that Dakota Johnson is supposed to be a "mother figure" to them, but they all look basically in the same age range. Why is it this foregone conclusion that the audience feels so protective of them that the plot bases all its tension on whether or not they'll be safe? It's to the point where the writers/producers are banking all future sequels on their shoulders--meaning they're so confident that the audience cares about them and we're clamoring for more obnoxiousness.

20:00 , actually they do have tech to pull images out of thoughts and dreams now, using generative AI and a large dataset of brain scans of people reacting to images, but the person has to be hooked up to sensors reading their brain.

Hi Nerdy and Clarus , Always happy to see my favorite reaction people that I've met twice in my life... I enjoyed your reaction to menu web I even saw your reaction to the trailers after you met. And I love you guys and I respect and understand your decisions and opinions of the movie. I obviously enjoy this movie too because I've been waiting for Madame web to come in real life since spiderman 1994 and I love call a Johnson she must be the luck used to play the character !!
I wonder if I need to see the Actresses wearing the costumes at future sequel movie but it was really cool to see the awesome costumes from the trailer and from the visions of the future.
Yeah it was really cool to see uncle Ben much younger Peter Parker's uncle and his mom Mary parker which the baby was Peter parker he's not even gonna be spider ma young until he gets bit by spider so in this universe world he is just a baby born.
Maybe in this universe Peter parkers not the only one with spider powers.
What I enjoy most of your reaction this video was you laughing together 😅😅❤❤
Can we see my fair 2 people's next reaction to a movie I hope it's Dune 2 or Aquaman 2 !!

What the hell does ADR mean ?
    Accident Data Recorder
Advanced Digital Recording (thats maybe the only one that kinda could make sense)
    Adverse Drug Reaction
    i don't get it (sorry maybe because i'm german)🤔
Also what was there to see at 1:51 ? Maybe its the mini-screen here that i don't get that ?

@@NerdyNightly Thanks. So that is like when we have "bad lip sync" in a german synchronized version ?
And also, is ADR something that every person in Canada directly understands, or only people that work in specific jobs ?

Ok, i haven't watched any of the movies of Burk Sharpless, but i watched the "Lost in Space" series and it was quite good. I first stopped after a few episodes, but tried it again after it was completed and this time i watched it all in it also got better with the time.
Else, on IMDB Madame Web actually has 3.8 .. thats by far the worst, all other movies have at least 5.1 (Morbius) and the rest even more.
