Though your default is your favourite rosé and you both truly enjoy rosé, may I share my 'rule of 20' Place your red wine in the fridge 20 minute before your serve it, take your white and rosë out of the fridge 20 minutes before you serve it. Brings them both up to equilibrium and ready for service. No ice necessary. If the red is a sweet red, always serve chilled. It would be ideal for the Lasagna and Rissa's love for pepper. So deserving! Saludos!

Little tip... I get oven ready noodles so I don’t have to boil. If you boil noodles add a little salt, butter & oil and your noodles come out so perfect. Mix your sauce in with your meat. I do like 4layers for lasagna and the very last layer is the ricotta so it doesn’t get soggy. I hook my ricotta up... 1 egg, parsley, Parmesan mozzarella & I season a little with salt, pepper, onion, garlic paprika. After I layer the ricotta I top with cheese. Kudos to you cooking for your girl you’re literally so good to her ❤️ the lasagna looked good
