Gachonp is a pokemon that is balanced with two excellent biulds to play, it is good just the same It can also be difficult to play with him according to the enemy team

i love garchomp's design and when i first saw it, i thought it would be my main. but i cant make it work most of the times, so yea. skill issue
IMO Garchomp has never been that good. There was a time it did kinda ok but was overhyped after being completely useless before. It is a basic attack melee range pokemon, of course it's gonna struggle against all the CC in the game. Only one moveset works and it is a lv 9 full evolution. I never bought the "pretty good" propaganda it had and I believe it's actually a pretty bad mon that needs reworks.
@@estebanarias5558 Well Garchomp deals good damage especially with unite move and dragon combo. That's all there's to it. Otherwise it's the one of the worst level 9 evolution. Compare it to ttar, or metagross. It needs help, you can't have an all-rounder relying only on basic attack when majority of the characters literally have cc. Defenders, Support, and sp.attackers all have cc, some all-rounders have cc, it's impossible to outplay literally any good player. Whenever we see Garchomp even in competitive, it's 90% a lost game.
It's mainly because of bot matches. Every 1st week of ranked season is the same, bot matches from ultra are not always captured by UniteAPI's bot detection system. The mons with low pickrate that can appear as bots have a much lower winrate than usual. For bot Garchomp it is dragon+xAtk or ground+xAtk, check their winrate, that will change in next weeks.
I don’t think bot matches count towards top 10k
@@superdubdub uniteapi normally detects and excludes most of bot matches, but there's a type of bots that create fake profiles. Those are not detected. This effect really has been happening every ranked season reset since June 2023. Just check the winrate change this upcoming week

People look at gible and underestimate it because it's small but the truth is very few mons can fight a gible in melee at lvl 3
I'm just terrible at pokemon that can get kited easily, that's why I never play Garchomp and the same reason I don't like Outrage dragonite. I used to have the same problem with Ttar but with the current buffs it's not the problem. But if they have Ninetales, Pika or Delphox, I'm just useless, it's just a big skill issue
I’ve played so many good Garchomp games this season, but the randoms prefer losing or not going to Ray at 2 :10
Then there’s the cc and Ttar/mimkyu problem, which only makes the late game that much more of a struggle.
I managed to get a great game the other day, 9 kills in the first 4 minutes of the game, and I secured both bot and top objective. We had their top goal absolutely demolished after the second Leki. But then when Ray spawned, my team decided to not set up, and we lost what should’ve been an easy team fight and easy win. 135k damage on the shark, all for nothing.
I feel you, I lost a 16 kills Dragapult game because my team all decided to get so close to eachother that the enemy team threw their Unites at them all at once, I survived but died shortly after, couldn't do anything else but to "Thanks!" spam their asses

@@Hugo-yz1vb I went with that aproach at first, didn't work out lol Now I try to coordenate the them through voice chat, when people don't report me 🤷🏼♂️ it's compensanting a little more than to rile them up

It's the almighty issue in Pokemon unite "STUN" every Pokemon stuns you and people pick garde,blastoise,trev,mimikyu in same team there's no escape from it, full heal is shit, devs should do something about it.
Yea this is my issue with all melee mons rn.
I've been doing nothing but tree and goodra. Has made it doable. I would love to see full heal buffed
Full heal is actually quite good and the one escape from all of that
@@paulcharles2532they nerfed it for no reason a long ago. Which shows it was a stupid decision since now there are a lot more stun mons in the game

Another proof that highest/lowest wr stats are bs. You would never see the most pathetic mon in the meta at the last position or the best at top. Garchomp was like the most wr mon last few months and now suddenly its on bottom.
garchomp es un personaje que me gusta usar a veces porque me divierte el unico gran problema es que es de rango reducido de ataque y muy vulnerable cuando le provoca stun porque no puedes hacer nada cuando de 5 stun ya estas muerto

Garchomp is like the middle child in pokemon unite. Being a super popular pseudo legendary maybe even the best in main series it never glt justice in unite. Available since release it always remained just an "OK" mon at best that too when garchomp had the longest phase of asking for buff/rework for any mon in this game back in the day. And even with the changes that occured it still remained a mid character in the meta. The "best" mon in the games deserves it time to own the meta for once in unite. Maybe make it bulkier and improve its ability so it can brawl better because truthfully it is actually the real "noob stomper" of the game.

Is drain crown worth it over scope lens on garchomp?
Depends on your enemy. If there's alot of cc i think it's better to crit more than life steal.
Scope lens is a must, muscle band is not that good in garchomp

Youre asking the wrong question, use drain crown AND scope lens with rapid fire scarf. its muslc band thats useless on garchomp, his boosted attacks already do 10% remaining health damage and make muscle band lose almost ALL value

Really i dont blame the bad wr much, hes just not a good pick- its an melee all rounder with no unstoppable or hindrance resistence till lv9 and 11, what can you do in a game where stuns mean almost everything
There’s two kinds of garchomp players 75% of them are completely useless robots that run around and do nothing the entire match and try and ult hoopa support at 2:45. Then 25% of them are absolute gods that shut you down and make the game completely unplayable.

I was garchomp main before, I see garchomp players not using 1st and 2nd skill together. Unite move should also be combined.
What garchomp needs is not atk buff, garchomp already has a good decent dmg that melts enemy tanks, what garchomp needs is a health buff like fr. If garchomp gets stunned we will get killed instantly, garchomp is just too squishy, if he can tank a decent damage while being stunned that would be more ok than being stunned then get killed instantly
If you think garchomp is SQUISHY when he has the most lifesteal in the entire game, you have a major skill issue and fail to get your boosted attack up at all.
Yeah, Nebi, Chomp's ability is literally "thick skin" which boosts his defence 🫣

The only way to play garchomp is with some support + defender next to you. Otherwise its unplayable. Yes Garchomp is strong but there's others pokemons more independent.
EXTREMELY major skill issue. Garchomp is literally one of the best solo pokemon in the entire game lmao. He is one of the only pokemon that DOESNT need a healer

Eject button+ dragon combo is so good or the unite+ eject to cover distance
But in this meta you have to run full heal in every melee mon and even if you did you only have one anyway
Also garchomp dies so fast against special attack mons
The life steal clutch are amazing and all but you won't be able to use any move and die before you can do anything

Well Garchomp is trashiest Dragon type pokemon ever you have to upclose and personal for his passive to work even if you give him no cooldown on his moves it's still trash pokemon ever

The majority of the unite playerbase will just run into a crowd while being outnumbered with no hesitation at all, especially during the final 2 min mark. And this just leads to a hard snowball because you don't have enough teammates to engage in the final fight which leads to a frustrating loss (unless there's a good ray steal from your side or just straight up wipe their whole team). Unite is a team game and most of the players have high egos and thought they're a team carrier or something which makes the majority of the unite playerbase straight ass

Kinda unrelated,but what pokemon are the Top 3 worst characters in the current meta game right now?
It just made ne think we've come a long way since the original 3 Gars.
Greninja, Decidueye and Machamp. They're probably not even the worst as such, just in combination with the players that generally want to play them. Call jungle and clear jungle once or less than once, feed the enemy team, slip away to back cap while their team gets slaughtered at Ray etc.
I believe Gengar, Sableye and maybe Greedent. Other names I would say are Duraludon, Machamp and I dare to asay Garchomp too. Having some good games with them doesn't make them any better, they are bad.
