Thank you Lune Innate, I truly appreciate all of your videos. In different ways each time but consistently due to your very considerate communication style. For this one I loved paying attention to educational part about the crystals (crystals don’t really speak to me, apart from obsidian which I get a ‘tough love’ message from), and then I found myself drawn to do journaling during the tapping part and the length of time was perfect.

As for the obsidian, I have an obsidian arrow head on the way from Etsy, and I've always used black obsidian and black onyx as a purifying/protective aspect to charms, amulets and spells. I've found its great alongside clove and black salt for absorbing other people's ickies, and keeps me free and clear of other people's problems lol. Which is good, because I seem to be an emotional sponge -_-
