- these are by far the most intimate & vulnerable moments we’ve ever shared with the world. i don’t even know how to put into words how intense & terrified i was during my birth experience. due to complications, we were about to transit to the hospital. i held on for dear life, praying for God to keep me & my baby safe. after enduring 24 hours of the most undescribable agonizing pain i’ve ever felt in my entire life... my baby was in my arms 🤍
*please be warned that you may have to turn your volume down during the intense labour sounds😭 i still have no idea how i got through what felt IMPOSSIBLE... completely natural & unmedicated... but i am so proud of myself and truly couldn't have done it without my incredible birth team. story time coming soon.

Birthing at home is a feeling like NO OTHER !! You definitely feel like there’s no way you’re making it to that finish line and want to give up right as you’re about to get there but you do it and then feel like a freakin SUPER WOMAN ! Birthed one at home , one at a hospital and one in a birth center and let me tell you . Birthing unmedicated and seeing the strength our bodies are capable of is SO EMPOWERING !!

I’m not done watching but those first moments … wow… as a mother of 4, wow… those clips remind me of how vulnerable we have to be and how strong women are. I remember yelling those same words feeling as though it was impossible, painful and yet determined. I feel you so strongly and that as another mother , woman, human we can understand each other so deeply Thank you for sharing. And strangely bringing back those “good” memories.
