Watching this after the fight, it's crazy seeing the complete different mindsets of these two going into the fight. Jon is completely focused and prepared for battle, while Gane is just hoping to win. I feel like Jon competes to the level of his opponents and he was at his best for this fight.
What Jon says always gives so much at times, “somewhere inside of him that he thinks he’s gonna take food off my family’s table, destroy my legacy. I take that personally.
