It's good because the WWE can be frustrating if you get too invested in your character's kayfabe fate. Kana probably doesn't get too high or too low about her booking. She knows the goal is for her character to help make money for Vince, so whenever she isn't getting pushed, she goes back to the drawing board to see what she can do to get her character "hot" and therefore profitable again.

What I really enjoy about videos like these is that you obviously respect the company you work for, otherwise I don't see you doing stuff like this (or that other video when you noticed yourself on a picture). And I really admire that because it's a trait not seen that much in Western culture in my opinion.
You dont see it a lot because a lot of people in higher positions aren't respectable. One thing people fail to realize is that Respect is earned NOT given. Also workplace bullying is a thing and is also engaged by supervisors and management. The stuff you see rich people and idiots advocating for on news channels and social media is self entitled kids complaining why the world doesnt revolve around them and why they are not getting freebies. I've worked retail most of my life and a bit in warehouse distribution/production. My fond memories and the bosses I respected are few compared to the extremely long list of negatives which in turn gives me a bad image of the company because the company and workplace is represented by the ones running it and overseeing workplace productivity. Asuka is booked very well for the most part due to her immense talent, but she will always be Charlotte's 2nd, which is not a bad thing because her job ISN'T to be better than Charlotte. So of course she has a really good image of WWE.
Asuka and Charlotte are even going for the same spot as Charlotte is going for top female heel spot and asuka is going for the female babyface spot so they not really complete in wwe backstages since they want different spots
