Did this as my total body workout day routine, wobbly arms by rd3 press ups ;)
That was a nice follow through, did 4 rounds with 24kg upper body and 32kg lower body. The last round was more my pace.

Hey Gregory, gibt es einen Reseller für die Kettlebells in Europa/Schweiz/Deutschland? Die Lieferkosten kosten ja sonst nochmal so viel wie die Kettlebells selbst :/ .. Ich möchste von meiner 18kg Kettlebell auf ein höheres Gewicht upgraden und da sind die Bells ja schon nicht billig :D

I've got 12, 16, 20 and 24kg right now, and I'm using the 24 only for deadlifts. I probably could go heavier with some moves but what would you recommend to expand my collection first. A second 16 so I can start with some doubles or a 28/32 to expand the single hand options?
