I don't understand Canadians who think Australian fauna is dangerous. Here's a short list of things we don't have, Grizzly Bears, Polar Bears, Black bears, Cougars, Moose, Wolves, also no rabies. The only large predators we have are Sharks and Crocs, maybe dingoes. If we get a spider or snake bite we get an antivenom, try that with a Grizzly. As Keanu mentioned the worst thing is actually bugs, flies and mozzies and worst of all midges. The most dangerous thing and least known may well be birds plucking your eyes out.
Speed, The Devil's Advocate, Parenthood, Point Break, Sweet November, The Lake House, River's Edge, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Much Ado Abot Nothing, My Own Private Idaho (with the late River Phoenix), Something's Gotta Give...
@@martenselabs3212 I am not disputing that at all, but that has nothing to do with the OP's comment. The OP was identifying Keanu's ICONIC roles, and noting that they were different for different generations.
Can anyone explain the thinking of film companies who send their stars on talk shows with clips to promote their films, but then if their clip gets shown on YT years later, the film companies block the clip? Doesn’t it just continue to promote the film anytime it’s seen? Makes no sense.
I'll explain it. So the film company has the copyright on the film. The poster of this video likely doesn't want to put in the time and effort to get permission from the film company to use their clip so they choose to delete it. If they didn't delete it, the film company would have a right to at least part of the monetization of this YT video.
TH-cam takedowns have to largely be automated because so many videos get posted. It's easier for this channel to just leave it out. It's not like you can't find a clip of The Matrix here with a simple search.
@@TheArmchairrocker That sounds like an understandable reason, but I recall that people with YT channels have complained that their video would be blocked when they used a film clip. Maybe the film company could decide whether to partially monetize the video *OR* block the clip. Does that make sense? The same issue exists with promotional photos. If you look at an old 8x10 promotional film photo, there is often fine print on it warning against usage for any reason besides promoting the film. But it seems to me that *any* use of a promo still promotes the film. Thanks.
@@RichardHandal301 perhaps these types of programs could come to an agreement with the studios that any promotion of the film on their part allows them future use of any promotional clips.

Graham Norton also brought up Keanu repurposing Dolly’s Playboy costume on Halloween. Good to know that Dave did it first.
He's in John Wick 4. He's one of my favorite actors working today. Also Canadian too.
Wow! Keanu Reeves is from *Canada*? I did not know that 😮, I thought that he was from *California*...
Oh, he's from Toronto. I never knew he was Canadian but I'm not surprised. :)
