I think Sxin's first round would have been my favourite from this whole battle if he didn't mess up the recording pre-drop. The vibe, the cleanliness of the drums, the pitching, and the atmosphere were all incredible.

Drum and bass is typically defined by a tempo inbetween 165 and 200.
It is also defined by its signature rythm, Kicks one 1 and 5, snare on 4 and 6.

18:00 try to listen to a house beat then listen to a drum and bass beat u will notice the difference between the kick and sanre placement so it is about the drums not about the background sounds and melody's

and while a house track usually has around 120-130 BPM, a DnB track usually has around 170-180 BPM. So, judging from the tempo alone, both SXINs first round as well as Frosty's second round are in the ballpark of DnB, and the drums support that

@@triffnix I mean it was obvious af that sxin did a DNB track and frosty countered it with the keep dnb for the uk style, don't have to be a genius to hear that both were drum and bass.
