I remember listening to this when I was first watching the show, back when I was still in high school. I was pretty lonely and kind of a downer, and I remember listening to this song and wondering if I would ever be missed by anyone after I graduated. By some miracle I was able to make friends and become a happier person, but now that I’m in my second semester of uni and have gone a different direction from all of my friends, I feel like I’ve become that same sad and bitter child from before again. For some reason I remembered this song exists, and it’s meaning has totally changed. Now I know what it’s like to miss people and have to move on without them when life leads you apart. The song definitely captures the bittersweet feeling of recalling memories made with loved ones that you’ve been separated from, and I think this English cover is what helped me fully appreciate that. So thank you for the cover and the nostalgia trip 🙂.
I love this song especially the Japanese version of Hello Alone (yui ballade) it's literally my favourite song of all time. I'm like listening to it everyday at least 50 times a day. I'll say it's a great song and this is a great cover. Not to say this was bad, it was amazing, I just love the original yui ballade version the most. Still good job with it...
