Please can you check out Dr Ellie Phillips and her Complete Mouth Care System? She claims that eating xylitol mints/chewing xylitol gum after meals, and using certain toothpaste and mouthwashes can restore gums, remineralise teeth and improve mouth health. It would be great to know what you think of this!

really helpful! What about using ultrasonic toothbrush? I tried to clean my teeth with a rotating one as my dentist told me (not too much pressure, no motion, just holding it on to one tooth and then on the next etc) but my gums are badly receeded and it hurted always worse... sorry for my English... I bought an ultrasonic toothbrush and it helps with the plaque in the back of the mouth and I honestly started using sweeping, circulating movements again and I think it might be better... but I'm so insecure by now. I just want to be able to eat some salad and sour fruits again...😢😢

and I have the same issue with going to the hygienist (it is so painful I really avoid it, but I have some pretty deep "pockets" and so on). Could you please tell me the name of the gentle procedure Victoria explains at about min 50? I will try to find the same in Switzerland then... 🙏
edit: I tried to google it. is it "Air polishing" or "hydrosonic scaling"?
      perhaps?

Can I use mouthwash to clear bacteria in mouth?

Studies found rinsing with green tea worked better than mouth wash for killing bad bacteria and no side effects of the Mouthwash chemicals. Other natural compounds that work well is baking soda, clove oil, peppermint oil.
