Please can you check out Dr Ellie Phillips and her Complete Mouth Care System? She claims that eating xylitol mints/chewing xylitol gum after meals, and using certain toothpaste and mouthwashes can restore gums, remineralise teeth and improve mouth health. It would be great to know what you think of this!

Studies found rinsing with green tea worked better than mouth wash for killing bad bacteria and no side effects of the Mouthwash chemicals. Other natural compounds that work well is baking soda, clove oil, peppermint oil.
