Can a county court bailiff force entry for a section 21 possession order if the tenant doesn’t open the door? If not, can a high court enforcement officer force entry?
@@property.insight no offence to you or anyone apart from my landlady 😂😂 i get the evictions if no payments are made or property is damaged but if you pay on-time or early for that matter its unjust
Too many tenants getting a free ride . Don't pay and can't get them out . Poor landlords out of pocket by thousands. Landlords should be able to charge 4 months deposit , and as soon as there s a full one month in arrears they give eviction notice of 3 months . That way they are protected from taking the hit . The only thing that they might have to fork out is maintenance if the tenant trashe s the place
@@aftabakram6240 totally agree buddy , but for a tenant whos paid early and actually done up the property and made the property legal as they hadn’t kept up with laws!!!! To just be put on a street after lining there pockets with close to £100000 , no fire doors no carpet rising damp black mould and a boiler i replaced , to then be kicked out for no reason at all and to try keep a deposit, thank the lord for non corrupt judges and knowing that this land lady was a criminal

I would want legal advice on that question. An eviction specialist should be able to help you if you think there’s a risk of that.
