The way I see it, I eat a diet that is SO over the top healthy 99.99999% of the time... a couple of slices of pizza (or other foods if I choose) here and there won't have any impact on anything! I love how I eat, I love my food, but I'm also not afraid to incorporate things when I really want them! Lifestyle VS "diet" :)

Unfortunately I do not have a video (yet)! I have my clients tracking their macros for about a week to see where their maintenance is at. Then I can adjust them depending on their goals!

Interestingly enough, by eating off plan you reconfirm the fact that keto just makes sense. Had forgotten what aching joints and legs felt like....
Well, you hit the nail on the heard, I also had some sushi with rice and a few nibbles of non keto ice cream and perhaps just a few other small things that I should not have had. Down 4 pounds already though by being strict but still not back in ketosis. It may take me a week or so!

Do you have any tips to lower protein intake, will it impact my bodies ability to get into ketosis? Right now I'm at 67% fat, 27% protein, and 6% carbs. Everyone is so different. I have clients doing higher protein and others who simply don't do as well on it. Its very individual. I would suggest tracking for a bit and playing with your macros... stick with whichever way/foods that make you feel the best! I do great on moderate protein, higher-ish carbs, and moderate fat!
Danielle Raichel my husband makes them weekly for me... I love them! A couple of times he over mixed them and they definitely didn’t turn out quite the same. Did you not like the taste or texture, both?
Nope, most benefits will occur after 12 hours though. I say whatever feels good to YOU, do that :) Its very important to listen to your body and stick with where you thrive!

I totally water down my Bai, too! It is way too sweet out of the bottle! But that doubles the end amount for me, so it's bonus!
