I use Aruni a lot, sometimes I use the Roni on her, the angled grip reload buff looks nice since the recoil is easy and only being able to take 1 engagement before reloading this’ll be nice 👍. Also laser sights still a must for shield users.
@@mikavdommelen yeah I use the iron sights on the Roni sometimes too, same iron sights as the Honey Badger on COD, super clean. I hate those diamond shaped iron sights though like on Ashes R4C.
Lasers are great on any pistol imo. As long as your primary isn't buckshot your secondary is for emergencies, make it ads faster for those emergencies. Especially great on shields since their position is already known, no downside there.
the vertical grip gave a bonus of 25%, then lowered to 20%, no? also id recommend using horizontal on most DMRs, since yknow, single shot (except maybe the SR-25)
Keep in mind hip fire got rebalanced so could be that the new default with no lazer is quite close to the lazer option before... worth to comapre to the live build maybe
No laser on shotguns just means you need to ADS with it now. Remember they buffed the spread when ADSing and you should be holding tight angles ADS’d anyway. Many of these values are too small to notice honestly, the movement speed buff should be 10% and the Iron sight bonus should be like 15-20% considering how rough they are.
They have to adjust all the iron sights models or it would not be balanced, i dont think youd want a fenrir with 35% faster ads with that good iron sight, and defense is already strong enough
U’ve tested speed just sprinting. How about normal movement? And lateral movement ? Are they affected? If so would be interesting for peeking. Regards from Brazil
I know they have been really pushing aiming with shotguns, but im super disappointed about the laser sights change this season, in regards to shotgun hipfires. Wish they added a different laser or something, for the ads time, instead of replacing the only hipfire reduction attachment.
It sucks for semi-auto shotgun's because spam hip fire is much weaker now. Pumps are fine because they still 1 shot while ads. Practically nobody used the saiga, m1014 or fo. Sadly even less will now.
on god, it feels so weird using shotguns without a laser now. i mean, i get it, you would ONLY use it on shotguns, but i dont see why we couldnt have both bonuses

@@HairyNun the entire idea of the change (at least what im guessing cause im not a UbiMontri dev) is that the laser buff was too specific, so they wanted a more "all-around" type of attachment. sadly, i dont think this was the right direction to go to cause it kinda feels like i shouldnt use it at all now another thing is that they possibly thought going back to only 1x and ACOGs would initiate a shotgun META and perhaps they were afraid of that reality, but thats a bit of a stretch

It makes no sense to just remove the buff because it was too specific, when siege is at its best when the niche aspects of the game are taken advantage of.
@HairyNun to be fair, the niece-ness of Siege moreso speaks on gadget play, setups, and destrucability. in terms of attachments, it seems the devs want to find a middle ground between too versatile and too specific, which i can sort of understand though, if you ask me, i think the devs should have just made different colored lasers with different buffs. that way, there is a universal drawback between all of them, as well as being able to have agency with buffs, allowing the player a decision for what they want in their loadout
Those barrel attachments changed like a year ago. You described them how it used to be. (Never believe the text descriptions) Compensator reduces the recoil diamond. (The jitteriness) Flash hider reduces vertical recoil and the recoil diamond. Mussel break used to be the return time of recentering the gun only. They’ve since made it so that in addition to reducing overall vertical recoil.
Horizontal grip will make quick peaking even better. I could see this update making dmrs even more effective. The MK14 is going to be especially dangerous.
Great video info. The ADS difference didn’t seem worth it to me (again though I’m old). The movement in a 3 speed seemed more beneficial than 1 speed for some reason. And to your most important question, pork & beef lasagne with home made thick cut chips and garlic bread. I got well looked after for a midweek!
I think these changes are gonna have bigger results than people will acknowledge, but the changes won't feel substantial. 15% is significant, but it doesn't feel like much. Until they start making more 25-30% buffs I don't think we'll see people going too crazy diversifying their setups.

The changes to ads are terrible, they shouldn’t have messed with it. The game is in year 9 now not 1-3. Ubi missed the boat on the change to old siege and it’s for the worse

I suggest using ironsights on the p10 roni, its my personal favorite. Mira's vector also has the same iron sight. On goyo i suggest the acog tho😆

They should have added a new laser sight instead. Think COD MW 5mw green laser sight. Improves ADS speed but it is much brighter and visible.

I've said this before they need to make a mode where there's no attachments for the guns purley skill and iron sights only
