Whenever I tap try account recovery instead it says "you have not provided enough information to Google" "try again" and then it gets me back to writing my email and password if I tap "try again"

Useless Gmail send a code in your Gmail account itself that cannot be open . Is too stupid to send the verification code to the Gmail Account that cannot be open
Why we clicking forgot password?? Because we cannot open our gmail account. But gmail itself send the verification code to our Gmail account that cannot be open. therefore useless and verry stupid system

I know the username log in and password but Google need a 2 step verification
I know my verification mobile number but that number I owned 3yrs ago is lost so I can't get the verification code.
I know my back up email but when I log in my back up email Google need phone number verification code which is the number I own 3yrs ago that got lost.
Last my last log phone that carry my Gmail is already broke and I discard that thing long ago
So if any other way to sign in my Gmail account or i need someone in the Google team know this so I can get a form to fill up any datail that my Gmail has like the mail or something
