Hello, thanks for the video! You said it would be a tie if the cancel burn from Musashi sticked but I though it can't happen anymore with the refresh being reshuffle and taking one dammage without any in between check timing.
There are two types of check timings in Weiss, interrupt type and check type. Interrupt type supercedes and literally interrupts any current effect. Check type waits until the next available timing to activate. Here’s how the sequence would play out: 1. Mori mills the last card of the deck 2. Refresh occurs, interrupting the current action (interrupt type rule action) 3. Refresh penalty is applied (interrupt type rule action 4. Turn player reaches seven damage, levels to level 4 (interrupt type rule action) 5. Losing verdict resolution (check type rule action) 6. Mori effect finishes resolving since the losing verdict check timing has to wait until the current action finishes resolving 7. If mori burn sticks, the opponent also goes to level 4 (interrupt type) into losing verdict resolution (check type). Both players are now in losing verdict resolution, thus resulting in a tie
It's a shame to get stuck in a deckstate with only 1 target for sokka. He had the stock to go for some encore shenanigans when he hit that last standby and get 1 more attack
i like it, Itd be good for people who have a better grasp of weiss. I also really like having the normal videos so its easier for new players to follow along
@@Zeeblee decklog links have been updated in the description! It turns out that the reason the link doesn't work for you and other people is that the linked account is "shadowbanned", so people that aren't logged into X can't see the link.
I valued the increased soul pressure alongside guaranteed selective advantage and deck speed of Mori over cheating out one stock with standby. It’s nice to high roll out Sora combo at level 1 with standby but I find myself going to level 2 immediately afterwards my level 1 combo turn anyways, and choice is a better trigger throughout the rest of the game.
Really enjoyed the game with commentary, keep up the good work guys !
10:40 Katara is the Memory Kick Counter btw. Toph is ACC.

Those are some Good Looking Playmats! I wounder where you got those...🤔

You can read more about rule action in section 9.1 of the rulebook, and losing verdict resolution in section 9.4!

Great video, what made you want to play CH/GB instead of SB/GB for the Sora? Is it the tempo along with it being less greedy?
