What is FTC

They are the Federal Trade Commission, they make laws for companies to follow, COPPA stands for the child online privacy protection act and it's supposed to stop companies from collecting data on kids. But the FTC and TH-cam said content creators like JCF, Blacknium, and me could be liable to pay legal fees if we make content for kids (ages 12 and under) and don't label our videos as such. The fee is up to 42,530 USD PER video.
