Acting hurt, pretending like he got hit in the nuts, etc. Daley was wrong to hit him, but Koscheck never even got talked to about his cheating, and Daley got fired forever when he should have really just been suspended for a year or two. Daley needed severe punishment, sure, a blow after the end of the fight is battery and just as illegal as if he'd walked up to him on the sidewalk and hit him; but the distress he was under after being faced with multiple in-fight cheats was not taken into account at all. ONE FC literally does this already, all it does is bump up the class (i.e. Flyweight becomes 135, Bantam 145, feather 155, Light 170, and so on) and it allows fighters to not have to cut weight without fear of running into a massive size and reach disadvantage.
I would be fine if they still allowed weight cuts but made it to were they can only cut 5 to MAYBE 10lbs from their everyday weight. 5 to 10lbs isnt an absurd or dangerous weight cut for the typical 3+months they spend training for a fight.
I'm not sure if it used to be this way but weight sizes should be made broader, as in you have to be within 10lbs and have the classes 20lbs apart, maybe another weight too such as a super heavy

The fact that a striking coach was poisoning, twisting and deluding the mind of his fighter, along with a lot of the commentary on her at the time, is absolutely disgraceful, if there's one person who should be keeping you honest and realistic, it should be your coach. He basically caused those absolutely embarrassing performances and complete demolition jobs to happen twice in a row, and that is enough to show how much of an awful coach he is.
I just hope we don't end up with a deluded Edmen Shahbazyan and see his talents go to waste, fortunately he has excellent stand up skills and is seemingly a very grounded young guy, but honestly I have no trust in Tarverdyan as a coach and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he manages to destroy another championship career.

The UFC should monitor fighters, record their "walking around" weight & have everyone fight at that weight to eliminate the whole weight cut part of fighting, makes more sense in so many ways

@@Larcona_ No, because if everyone has to fight at their natural weight then the bigger guys in a division would just move up. ONE FC literally does this already, all it does is bump up the class (i.e. Flyweight becomes 135, Bantam 145, feather 155, Light 170, and so on) and it allows fighters to not have to cut weight without fear of running into a massive size and reach disadvantage.
I would be fine if they still allowed weight cuts but made it to were they can only cut 5 to MAYBE 10lbs from their everyday weight. 5 to 10lbs isnt an absurd or dangerous weight cut for the typical 3+months they spend training for a fight.

I'm not sure if it used to be this way but weight sizes should be made broader, as in you have to be within 10lbs and have the classes 20lbs apart, maybe another weight too such as a super heavy
