0:29 STEP1: Attach the bottom base to the bottom cross beam
1:18 STEP2: Attach the upright to the bottom base
1:54 STEP3: Attach the plate holder frame to the bottom base

i came to learn how to put my cage together but stayed for the smooth music
just bought ppco2, the cage is decent for the $$ range but the lat pull down is wobbly. and I cant get the pull up bar to fit properly which is fine I go to the gym for pull ups but now when the kids out of school the gyms are fully packed. if you need this for a basic workouts its probably best to save your money for something a little more dependable.

I just wanted to update from my earlier comment. I finally got all the correct pieces/parts for my unit. The customer service was pretty good as I mentioned but again, they must be overseas as all communications happened in the middle of the night. So it took a few weeks for them to get me the correct parts, but I got them. Once I put the unit together and started using it, I only have a few issues. The first is the plate holders on the side. They are flimsy, and the weights will shake/slide right off of them if you don't put a clamp on them. The slide for the lat pull down comes with two plastic inserts that help keep metal off metal. These inserts do not stay in as intended. I had to duct tape them so they would stay. The lat pull down works fairly well but doesn't seem like it is heavy duty enough to handle in substantial weights. I am not badmouthing RitFit at all and overall I am fairly happy with this purchase. I love the pulldown handle attachments I also bought and the ToughFit bar is awesome.

I had the same issues as some mentioned below. I got one of my boxes one day and the other a few days later. I got all the parts out and I have extras of several components and I am missing several components. Needless to say I am a little frustrated. Customer service has been fairly good at getting back to me but I have had to send pictures of everything and I am getting upset. They also respond in the middle of the night so I am guessing they are overseas and I have to wait another day everytime we correspond. It has been a week since my first correspondence and I have not been told that any parts have shipped to me yet. In the meantime I have a bunch of useless parts scattered on my basement floor that are useless until I get my parts in. I am hoping I am happy with the product when/if I ever get it put together......stay tuned!!

I got my order today which was the 410cc with the cable crossover. It didn't come with a manual and the only instructions I could find are for the lat pull down 410 with only one cable. I also did not get my j hooks or cables but I am assuming they are coming in a different box.

@RitFit Fitness I just put mine together and I LOVE it!! I just have one quick question I wanted to ask: at the 7:40 mark in the video, your installer is screwing the lat pulldown cable into the weight plate holder. The screw only goes about 1/3 - 1/2 way into the hole. Is this normal? I screwed it down as hard as I could, but worried it could strip and pull out with heavier weights. Any thoughts on this?
Generally, the bolts do not need to be fully screwed into the holes. But you can adjust the tightness of the bolts according to your needs. Screw the bolt into the hole and use the nut to adjust the tightness. As long as the bolt is screwed in deeper than the threaded portion of the threaded hole, then tighten the nut and it will not come off. If you feel the cable is a little loose, adjust the nut so that the bolt is tightened a little deeper.😀
Been excited all week to assemble my rack but it’s missing half the parts. So far I’ve received 3 separate packages all days apart and still not everything. App says it’s fully delivered and I have no key parts (the entire base, orange bars, and more) Really upsetting.

geeze i ordered a smith machine + rack from them and they shipped two smith machine attachments.. Called customer service and they told me to email them my findings. I asked I'm on the phone with you now why can't you help me? So apparently they have a customer phone # that doesnt solve customer problems. Not sure why they have a phone # in the first place.

Putting one together this weekend. How long did the whole process take? And what tools are needed?
Following the tutorial, it takes about 30 minutes to assemble by one person. If someone helps, the time will be greatly shortened. With regard to tools, there are 2 wrenches inside the package, but electric wrench is better if you have one.
It's going to take you hours! The instructions are horrible. The parts are not even numbered.
Plan on 4/four hours with a helper. There were No/None printed instructions, no pdf printable instructions on RitFit website, this TH-cam video is somewhat helpful with a hundred pauses, reverses, asking yourself does he put a washer, when did he put the plastic ring buffers and more.
Does it come with weight sets?
What size socket do you need to assemble this?

Got mine today and it came with no bolts to put it together literally everything in the box except what holds it all together so pissed and of course I can’t get ahold of anyone. If I spend 1700$ I expect everything to be present

Please pay attention to your Amazon sales. Boxes with incorrect inventory are being delivered and the customer service is putrid! Cages showing up with no backing plates or safety bars and several other items for the lat pull down system. Customer service has basically ghosted us to where Amazon is investigating cause even they can not contact the customer service.
