Hi Kevin, take a closer look, and you will see that there are significant details that positively differs the Rollover from RollsRoller. The most obvious is the fact that there are no massive construction over the roller hindering the action of the operator. You should also notice the rounded housing of the sliding arms, and the ergonomic handle with protected activation switch. These are details much appreciated by the users for making the daily use easier, quicker and more efficient.

Thanks for asking:-) The roller is operated by compressed air, normally in the area of 5,5 - 6,5 bar. This generates a downward pressure of approx 6lbs/0,5 square inch, and will be right for most medias/substrates. The roller pressure can easily be adjusted by adjusting the compressor, and as such adapted to applications on softer substrates, boxes etc. You will be able to find the correct pressure for special jobs by first conducting a small test.

I liked the fact that there is no frame above the shaft. This allows interference control the attached material.
We mount to 1/2" boards,even 3" thick medias. We use off cuts so the roller does not have to "fall off the edge". at either end of the media we are mounting to.
You would have to run an air compressor hose into the machine? or is it built in?
Yes, you need to Connect an external compressor.

A few people are asking about pricing. I just received a quote for $22,000 for a 5x10 work area table.
ok cool I have a quote in from ND Graphics, another question I have is does it have any physical downward pressure, outside of the weight of the top roller itself? ND aid yes but it's not listed in the specs on the brochure, if it does how much PSI over and above the weight of the roller does it apply?

will it damage the roller if you are trying to apply graphics to a 1/2" piece of MDO Board.? When it rolls over the corners?
No, it will not damage the roller as you roll off the Board, and when you need to start rolling on the Board, you would lower the roller from the upper position.

Can you use a knife and cut on that light table? Seems like a great idea if it works as a work table as well.

It`s great
I bought a CWT table. I've had it for 2 months and nothing but problems. At this point I hate it and I feel like I paid 12K for a work table that does not work. I keep getting excuses about the delay in fixing it. Totally disappointed.

That would be fine if I didn't have 12K invested in this table but I do and I am stuck with it.
Why come here and complain then? Go blow up CWT video's where people actually care about CWT tables.
