So first of all those who've never eaten the original version of the spicy ramen might not know how freaking spicy it is. For those that don't know what a geographic tongue is, it's basically some sort of inflammation on the tongue and that those who have it might experience pain or burning etc while eating hot or spicy food. Okay maybe she might have been overreacting and shit, but seriously don't need to go full on judgemental and shit. Some people just don't like trying new things. And plus calling her not brave? Try putting something hot and spicy into your mouth even when you know you're gonna feel pain and a burning feeling.
I'm with you on this. I have a geographic tongue (thanks Erin for the explanation so I finally knew the problem with all the cracks in it) and spicy just tears my mouth up with no benefit of flavor. I also have other medical issues so spicy foods create havoc to my innards which means the challange isn't worth what happens later to my stomach, bladder or butt. So Erin doing this is a champ and eventually will realize it isn't worth the dare as she has nothing to prove.

Drinking water is actually the worst thing you can do when eating spicy food. Citrus juice or milk are the best options!
