Thank you , wise & helpful without dogmatic lecturing.. Yes , "He listened without judging or putting her down ". As former Prof of Psychiatry , at New York Medical College, I'm impressed with your compassion. Thank you. VERY IMPORTNAT MESSAGE. I would have loved to invite you to speak to my Psychiatric Residents about listening. They are often also taken up with the Dogmas of Medicine.
Went to talk to a priest but he wouldn't hear what I needed to say...I'm not Catholic. I'm going keep press forward. Thank you Father for reaching into my heart with your compassionate teaching. I needed this today.
Thank you for sharing these words of divine wisdom .Last night during one of my nightly vigils with the Holy Family, Jesus recalled to my mind, heart and soul memories of a compassionate listener who listened to my stories of brokenness and wounded heart in the very same manner you have described in your talk. For over a period of over three years she listened as I gave voice to the pain , sorrowsand confusion inflicted on my soul by others as as wellown sinfullness qntained within my mind, heart and soul..So began my journey in which through the gifts and power of the Holy of the Holy Spirit I was to able to receive or embrace the Healing Love that flows between God the the Father ,His Son Jesus and The Holy Spirit.
It has been some 45 years ago ,since I have talked to her and yet Jesus through the power of the intersession of Mary Our Mother,, St.Joseph, the terror of demons ,as well as the intersession of saints and angels,I continue to walk hand in hand with Jesus, daily putting on the armour of God (mentioned in Hebrew 6) and ponder in awesome wonder as the Light of Jesus exposes the darkened areas of my heart forgives me as I forgive others ,heals and delivers me a sinner in most need of His Mercy ,Last night I pondered, while spending time in adoration of the Eucharist ,the reason Jesus' so embraced the crown of thorns placed on His Head with such a passionate Love that
And these are the words He spoke to me,I wore that crown of thorns which was imbedded within My Head,so one day I could imbed your mind soul, body and spirit with a crown of My Love and Compassion,Go forth as a little child touched by the Life Giving Waters and My Precious Blood that flow from my lanced Heart and intercede on the behalf of those crying out for the redemption of their hearts that they maybe made Whole and Holy..Oh,how My Heart and the Heart of Mary Our Mother aches and thirsts for total redemption of their souls that they might have communion with Their Triune God. Father pray for me a sinner, one who sins less and less only through the grace of Christ Jesus .Thank you again,,it is my heart's desire that one day. You might consider being's my spiritual director ,I think you would be of tremendous assistance in discerning exactly I should do with writings That He has instructed me to document..These are writings giving testimony of the marvelous workings of The Power of the Holy Spirit through which my Triune God continues to redeem my broken heart and the heart's of others as I allow him to sweep my heart clean of all things that are not of God. BEING PRESENT when someone is speaking sincerely. to you...is REALLY the Sweet spot, for lack of another word. One of the most meaningful things someone told me was ," Thank you, Terrie" ...for being so Present. ( No one REALLY had said that to me before). SO we both were blessed. And ive often held all these things in my heart. Shalom @ Thank You, FatherBoniface for expressing ALL this So gracefully.
yeah, we simply live to try to live up to the faith. Lot's of failure, yet through it all, faith strengthens in the forgiveness and mercy that flows down to us and inspires us to then give the same forgiveness and mercy to others.

I was blessed by my priest because while in confession he listened to me and I was thankful. People always interrupt me.
I love this man, so wise and the world needs his voice

The priesthood is full of humans not yet perfected. It is great to hear you are willing to persevere in faith, hope, and love. God bless you!
Amazing, expressive hands, clear articulate voice, combining to deliver a message of wisdom, grace, acceptance and love. Beautiful. Thank you Father.

in all honesty, was unsure of the spelling of Presence. Or rather Present. lol. 💘
It’s one thing to teach these principles. Quite another to be mature enough to practice them. Good talk.

Is schizophrenia demonic? Can anyone pls help me
Idealist at least
Not really, it’s just the fundamentals of mental health counseling, which are pretty well researched
yeah, at the very least. Jesus became the very least to lead the very least. Put your money on the underdog, because that's who God wants to succeed.
