CONEY ISLAND is a peninsular neighborhood and entertainment area in the southwestern section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. The neighborhood is bounded by Brighton Beach and Manhattan Beach to its east, Lower New York Bay to the south and west, and Gravesend to the north and includes the subsection of Sea Gate on its west.

@@chocolatewheelchair funny enough that’s how I felt when I went to Boracay in the Philippines (I’m Fil-Am), it was so crowded, urbanized, noisy, and far from the pristine tropical paradise it was advertised. I was so disappointed. Especially when you compare to how it was in the 80s and 90s. There’s thousands of places in the same country that was better. Same applies here. Good for you that you left.
