The best rule of thumb is to stick to the Original Roundhead machines...The Beasts of Nespresso! Always on Point and never Disappointing. Another tidbit, always pair your Coffee flavor with the like same Suryp. It will elevate the notes of the Coffee, the same as some are made for Milk, it enhances the flavor.

I have the vertuo next machine and I’m so sad because the coffee comes cold (it’s not hot enough and I drink my coffee very HOT) and I thought the crema is real crema rather than the crema is more foam. I only want to keep the Next because of the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi thing. I hope someday there will be an update where the coffee temperature can be regulate.🥺

i just bought a vertuo round head and same issue. I end up boiling water to preheat my cup and I bought a frother so I can heat my cream.

It’s so bitter definitely have to add syrup and milk. I don’t like a huge mug of coffee so will give the rest of mine away. UK BASED ❤

Did yours come out lumpy? I thought maybe my machine had done something so I ran another coffee through and it was completely fine. It's not my milk or anything like that. Just my pumpkin spice came out so lumpy and gross

No that’s definitely not normal :/ maybe call Nespresso to see if they can help
