In the manga, Shinobu is the closest hashira to Tomioka. And it was mentioned by Gyomei that they like talking to each other so when Shinobu tease Tomioka for having no friends, you can see that Tomioka who doesn't speak much sometimes speaks to defend himself. Shinobu only wants Tomioka to step out of his comfort zone and try to be more open with others. So it's not really bullying if none of the two parties considers it bullying.

There’s a manga where Shinobu who was a new hashira at the time actually insisted they team up when initially it was just giyus mission, but after bumping into each other when Giyu was being arrested and she just saw him in the street surrounded by police… well it’s a cute story it shows them hunt a demon her tease him, him ignore her then they eat ramen together. It’s a fun little read, part of the same book where we find out Rengoku was actually Mitsuri’s master (hinted at also first crush) good manga that I hope gets animated in hashira training arc anime

@@rayyanjamil6966 i don't know which "official book" you read, but it's definitely not official because I read all 3 of them, incuding the light novel and nothing about them having feelings for each others was ever mentioned. In fact in official book 2, when Mitsuri asked her about love, Shinobu said she doesn't really have much time to think about love and said she doesn't know much about it, since she foucus only on slaying demons (and the last thing on her mind was finding a man, considering she knew she will eventually die, her goal is avenging her sister, not romance). On top of that, Giyuu moved on so quickly after she died, he barely had any reaction and he married another woman after the final fight, proving more that there is nothing but friendship between them.

Gyomei also did say Giyuu and Shinobu liked talking to each other and enjoy each other's company but there's no romantic attraction confirmed. To me Giyu and Shinobu should have been canon because out of all the canon couples which some were forced or just came out of nowhere Giyu and Shinobu is that couple that we get you know the most and we get a lot of hints and scenes about them in the Anime, Manga and Giyu Gaiden and I want to clear this misconception that everyone has with Shinobu that she hates him and bullies him No! Shinobu wants to be friends with Giyu by her own will and she teases Giyu because she genuinely wants him to be happy and have friends she doesn’t bully Tomioka, she tries to make Giyu open up more to the other slayers/hashiras. She has good intentions, but doing it in her own ways using psychology (we can see that again when she persuade Zenitsu and Inosuke back to training). And once if you don't know most of the Hashiras were criticizing Giyu and wanted to fire him from the position as the Water Pillar. In this case, Shinobu intervened in favor of Giyu, and she went to great lengths to help him bond and to make him smile and just by this I don't think that Shinobu would go this lengths to defend a guy who she hates who is emotionless and maintain a great distance with everyone and this just shows that Shinobu genuinely wants to be friends with him and she wants him to everyone wrong that he is not what they think of him and we get to know that Shinobu and Giyu went on missions together and they spent a lot of time and talk with each other, Shinobu and Giyu both view each other in a positive note in their own perspective. In Giyu Gaiden she insisted Giyu take her to the mission because she wanted to help him and if you have read the Gaiden then you know the whole story. All this I just pointed out you may think this as friendship but to me they are like more than friends and I just love them, they are very compatible for eachother.
And maybe Shinobu is in love with you Giyu because she did said "isn't the moon lovely?" which means I love you in Japanese and if you say "no she just said it to tease him and she also said the same thing to the spider demon sister" well that Shinobu said "isn't the moon lovely tonight" so she basically teased the spider demon sister by saying that because she was about to kill the spider demon sister, her saying "Isn't the moon lovely tonight?" is just a way to say that she would enjoy her last night by looking at the moon before she gets slayed. It's only "isn't the moon lovely?" to confess to someone poetically you don't add or take away any words from that poetic sentence and I think this becomes even more true when you consider that Giyu got so shocked by Shinobu's death and the other Hashiras weren't even shocked because maybe Shinobu tell all of the Hashira about her plan, except for Giyu and it becomes all true when you consider that in Rengoku's death everyone was sad and shocked but Giyu just emotionlessly said "is that so" but when it comes to Shinobu he was shocked. I don't know if Giyu does have romantic feeling towards Shinobu but I think that Shinobu did have some feelings towards Giyu and if it's not a why didn't she told Giyu who she consider him just her "friend" then why did she was able to tell Mitsuri who is her best friend and hearing about her death she wasn't shocked as she was when she heard about Rengoku's death and she said "Shinobu Chan risked her life for victory and she's younger than me" when her death was announced. And I think Shinobu did have feelings for Giyu and cares so deeply about him that she couldn't able tell him because she knows that he won't allow it to happen.
I'm sorry but a lot of things you said are not correct, especially the one where you said they are better than canon couple, because the only canon couple that is random is Inosuke and Aoi. Other hashiras didn't hate Giyuu, there are only 2 hashiras who had something bad to say about him and they are Obanai and Sanemi, others had good things to say about him, while it was also mentioned Mitsuri and Rengoku talks with him a lot.
Moon scene is not love confession for many reasons, but the main one is that she said "Isn't the moon lovely" while the actuall confession is "The moon is beautiful, isn't it". Not to mention that the scene is not in the manga, it is anime only and it doesn't make sense to confess while they are going to fight, that would be so random.
About her death, it is a famous headcanon that she told everyone except Giyuu. We did NOT see others hashiras reaction, Mitsuri said that when fight with Douma was long over, but we know it is fake because in official fan book called "One winged butterfly" at the end of chapter one, Gyomei told Shinobu to be careful during the final fight and not to die on him, meaning he didn't know. Telling other hashiras her plan is not a good idea, because there is no way that Sanemi, Mitsuri and Gyomei would ever accept that (Mitsuri and Gyomei are even closer to her than Giyuu).
I'd say Shinobu and Giyuu is very forced by fans, you all act like it's impossible for a girl and a guy to be friends.

This ship has the biggest fandom in kny and still people hate this ship by saying it's not canon and they give vibes like siblings whenever thats not the case at all. This ship didn't even get a chance like other ships in kny so we can't say they hate eachother and also in gyomei's thoughts on every hashira, he mentioned that both likes to talk to eachother and shinobu also spends some time with him although she knows she'll die fighting douma but it was for her revenge only, if she didn't do that and if she would survive last battle then for sure giyu and shinobu would end up together like others.
Just because it is a popular ship, it doesn't mean it is canon. For example this ship is not very popular in Japan and there people prefer Doushino. It's an opinion when people say whether they act like siblings or not, to me they act like friends, but I could not see them as lovers. It is unknown what would have happened to them if she survived, but I doubt they would end together, I couldn't see any hints that they like eqch others romantically, only Giyushino shippers say that. Girl and boy can be just friends sometimes, if author really wanted them together, they would add more scenes between them and make them be together in reincarnation like they did with Mitsuri and Obanai
