I'm so grateful to have amazing neighbors. I'm a 100% disabled vet, and lately, I haven't been able to get out of bed. My neighbor noticed I hadn't been outside much, so he came over and mowed my yard. It's just a little of an acres' worth. Such a blessing

I would put money down this isn't the first time she has asked though. I have had two big altercations with neighbors in my life. One for a barking dog, another for an insanely loud car exhaust (two different people two different states) So the first time, I come by and ask nicely. "Hey, you dog barks all the time and you keep him outside, could you stop him from barking so much please?" "ok" Doesn't stop. 2nd time I go again, still polite but a little more insistent. 3rd time, I'm not polite anymore, and woman tells me to go F myself, dogs bark, deal with it, and to talk to her husband. So, I talk to him when he gets home, and he is amped, he threatens me, I basically say bring it on (walk 1 inch off his property and tell him to fight me here on public property) He of course doesn't, calls the police. Police side with me, saying other people in the neighborhood have complained about him, he has a prior, I have a clean record. Takes a while but dog is ultimately silenced. The issue with the car guy went largely the same, I won that too. So my point is, if all you got was them recording encounter #3, I'd look like the hostile crazy one, when really, they are the bad guy, agreed by the neighborhood and the police, and I won. I have think it is EXTREMELY rare, that a truly good, innocent person has someone come over to their house like this. Literally nobody is going to come over and be like "Hey, A--hole, you are just too quiet and respectful, and your yard just looks too neat. We don't do that in this neighborhood"

Locked up? There's probably 10 or so outdoor cats in my neighborhood. None of them try to get into my house. If, however I left my overhead garage door open during a storm, I'd expect more than a cat to seek refuge there. If you don't feed them or give them some other positive attention, they don't walk into stranger's homes. That's ridiculous. Somebody enticed it, plain and simple.

Locked up? There's probably 10 or so outdoor cats in my neighborhood. None of them try to get into my house. If, however I left my overhead garage door open during a storm, I'd expect more than a cat to seek refuge there.
If you don't feed them or give them some other positive attention, they don't walk into stranger's homes. That's ridiculous. Somebody enticed it, plain and simple.
