      I think they were trying to follow protocol 😭😭 so I don't want to fault anyone but every situation I think should be treated on a case-by-case basis 🥹. Definitely disappointed with how things turned out but hoping for a good resolution!! Thank you for watching 🙆🏻‍♀🙆🏻‍♀

    That’s terrible customer service! Not acceptable and they should give you another watch or give you the credit back. There’s no way they can take your $25,000 and tell you that you need to send it off and wait. That’s so awful and I think if you speak up you could make your point. I feel so bad for your boyfriend/husband. It’s not acceptable to me.

      I completely agree….They informed me today that it was sent for expedited repair so now I’m having to consider if I should get a second opinion from corporate Hermes 😭 I’m nervous to escalate the situation in case there’s backlash from the managers at my boutique 😢

      With that price point I would just return it, they clearly don’t value you as a customer with their customer service so why keep throwing money at them

    Very sorry about the watch. Can you ask to speak to a Regional Manager? Ask to replace it, rather than waiting months or a year. It's been paid for, they have your money. The watch needs to be replaced today. Or return it for a Full Refund.

They informed me that it was sent for expedited repair…I’m having to consider if I should get a second opinion from corporate Hermes 😭 I don’t want to be ‘that’ customer who’s throwing a fit but I do just feel uncomfortable with the situation. It’s so tough because the managers decide QB allocation, so I’m worried escalating the situation will cause them to be biased against me

    Automatic watch settings are different. Surprised that Hermes did not fit or set up the watch for you. They make their own movement so that’s just disappointing.

      Yes very disappointing 😭😭 I do just believe because it was a special watch that requires more accessories/attention the boutique was just a little unaware;; praying it gets sorted soon!! 🥹

    Wow. I’m so surprised. I would expect Hermes to stand by their products and offer you guys and exchange or a refund. I’m sorry that it happened to you and your boyfriend. Hopefully, they will resolve it the right way.

      Thank you 😭😭 after an email to corporate and politely citing ca state consumer protection laws haha they have ordered me a new watch which I will pick up this weekend!! Glad it worked out but it was wild how I had to fight for this 😭😭 I will make an official update in a later video where the watch will be shown!! 🤭 thank you for your support 🙆🏻‍♀️

    I think you can be nice but still firm with your sa and sm about the situation. I think it’s quite reasonable to have an exchange for a new watch. Esp in California where there are strict consumer protection laws.

    I like the mini Lindy because it’s much cuter in a smaller size. You can carry cross-body as a casual style or hold it by the handles. Jessstyles made me love it

      My SA informed me today that it will be expedited but still will take several weeks…😭 but no promises were made sigh

      Oh I don’t think I really followed up on my channel!! Can do a quick tldr here 😂
      I ended up having to email Hermes corporate about our situation; they apologized and immediately contacted the regional director and boutique director to rectify the situation. Very soon after I was notified that they would exchange the watch for me;; a bit undesirable that I had to jump through that hoop but glad it got sorted in the end!

    I loved your outfit, the entire look . The dress, sandles , birkin and the accessories so beautiful and gorgeous ❤ That's a terrible situation to be in when u spend so much on a watch and that to when is a manufacturing defect . It's so bad.

      Omg Italy!! That must’ve been wonderful 🤩🤩 I’m trying to plan a trip to Italy next summer;; what parts of Italy did you visit??
      I think the regular quartz watches might be okay at Hermes like my cape cod, but I would hold off on any of the fancier watches 😵‍💫😵‍💫

      @@Somidoshop Yesss you have to go! Had such a great time there.😍We landed in Naples and then travel up to Rome, Florence, Milan and then finished off in Venice. My favorite city was definitely Rome and Milan. Rome had so many things to go see and do that I wished we spent more days there. And of course Milan the fashion capital and more modern compare to Rome, but definitely still had a great time there!☺️
      A cape code is definitely on my wish list, I’m just not sure if I want a diamond or no diamond watch design.😂

    Hi, I just saw your video because I saw the watch and I have the exact same watch with the exact same problem. The only thing is that my watch problem did not show up until half year later. Hermes eventually had to send it back to Switzerland to have it fix. The overall process took about 4 month and the hermes will provide invoice on exactly what did to resolve the issue. I am big fan of skeleton watches and even with this little hiccup, I am sure your husband will enjoy it.

      Hi, I also have a Hermes Slim d'Hermes Grand Feu Email which I cannot resist the white enamel dial with rose gold was absolutely beautiful. I had the skeleton came back after warranty for couple months now and it has been working flawless. Enjoy the watch.

      Depends on your SA, but generally if you have a good relationship with your SA you have a good chance of getting an invite!

    You all need to reach out to Regional asap. I’m positive he didn’t go in thinking he would pay $25,000 for a refurbished watch. Plus not receiving warranty info and instructions is ridiculous. Money aside I would expect better service from Target, let alone Hermes.

    So sorry to hear about the watch situation :( if I had your client profile status, I would ask firmly for a reasonable solution, sending it for repair (regardless of the turnaround time) is NOT an acceptable solution considering the watch is brand new.

    Never buy a Hermes watch, their quality is really questionable. My cape cod has water seeped into the watch dial twice even after sent in for repair twice.

    $25k on a watch and that’s how they treat their customer is just appalling. Doesnt sound like the company takes pride in their timepieces too. For that amount, honestly so much better invested in renown watch brands with better resale value.
