Does this demo have a live drummer on it? The drums on Lugburz itself sound thunderous.

Any know why the demo is called Lugburz and not Minas Morgul ?

Because this was previous to the creation of Minas Morgul album or even the Lugburz album. They decided to make new songs for Lugburz instead of puting this ones (which were put later). Also, the song Lugburz makes it pretty clear
