Restaurateur Xin Wei, a Washington University business alumnus, is founder of Wei’s Hospitality Group, a family business that owns and operates Corner 17. At Corner 17, located in the Loop in University City, Missouri, customers can watch Wei’s parents make authentic hand-pulled noodles and stuffed dumplings. And at Corner 17’s newest location in Olin Library’s Whisper Café, WashU students can pick up boba tea, dumplings and grab-and-go dishes.
