Heard this song a few days ago. 31 year relationship with my partner ended 2 years ago with his death from cancer. Family and friends asking when I plan to "jump back into the dating game?". Even though none of their business, I know they mean well. But these lines from "Left Behind", will become my mantra ... "And I'll miss you from this place that I stand, oh yeah I just can't go with you, it ain't part of the plan But don't you worry, I'll be fine I'm moving forward, I'm just takin' my time..." I have to say since Stevie Nicks, Noah Reid is the only artist that moves me like her. I love every song, each one has a different path yet the same. Your voice is mesmerizing, and you are intelligent and talented. I Loved Schitt's Creek I just finished all 6 series, and like all your fans U fell in love with you. Thank you so much for sharing your lyrics and music, whether it be guitar of piano, they are both flawless when you play. Heavenly. I can't wait to see you in Chicago!!!

I'm not too familiar with Dylan but that would make sense. Bob Dylan is one of his biggest influences/inspirations.
