I'm saving my money right now for when someone invent a time machine I will be ready to go back in time and be one of the fortunate ones to witness the greatest band in the world. How lucky are the people who are able to go to Led Zeppelin concert back in those days. Little do they know how blessed they were in in witnessing the greatest band on this planet.

I saw them in Vancouver in 1973 with my pal Paula. We had crap seats but met two fine young men with extra tickets for the 12th row. An excellent view and an excellent concert. At first we were told to sit down! Um, I don’t think so! We just had to dance.

There have been many great guitarists in rock but Page was of another substance. Perfect on recordings, spectacular live, always exciting and shocking. What the hell was in that head and in those fingers, God only knows.

Can you imagine how wild and powerful this must have sounded in the late 60s? No one sang like this at that time, to my knowledge. Of course the inspiration came from the Blues greats.

Well back then a lot of singers in the 60s and 70s weren't trained singers and if they were. They weren't trained as good as Robert Plant. Who used advanced techniques like mixed voice.

I saw Led Zeppelin 3 times in Seattle the last time right after the 4th album came out. That was probably the best concert I have ever been to. High on pot and acid, they blew me away!

My mother loved the classics and disliked all my tunes from the 50's 60's and 70's For some reason she liked this a whole lot though and kept asking me to play it again I can still see her dancing to this. Dance on mom!!!
