How come I just redid mine and cut ends like he did. I put like 10 staples in side and bottom Also read not to use glue either on treated wood so I didn’t
I have had to do the same thing to a couple of my trailers, and it leaves you wondering, why they are still using wood??? Why not us a composit material instead, in the 21st century? Seems like wood only last about a dozen years or so.

Mine held up fine for 15 years cutting the carpet
My trailer company told me do not use treated on an aluminum boat. Chemicals in the treated will act on the aluminum.
His boat may not be aluminum…

did you countersink lag bolts in carpet?how do u keep the heads from scratching boat

I would not drill towards a body part. I just knew you were going to drill into your chest.
