I'm a non kafka plus non dot unit user so i just used jingliu blade in first phase get 20k and kuru kuru + himeko my way to 40k in phase 2 ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ

Build herta nothing special just like other DPS
Atk= 2k++
Crit rate 60-70++
Crit dmg 100++
SPD boots
Ice dmg boost
And up the trace
out of topic but i want to ask about dot. which 4* is better to pair with kafka, sampo/guin/luka??? all are e2 only
assuming we ignore enemy element weakness & pure fiction usage
