Dear liquifaction of gases are directly proportion to a and b ..........not they are inversly related......but some time IMF are dominated while some time molecular size are dominated.........if force of attraction betweem the molecules is high so these gases are easily liquified.........if the force among the molecules are same then we focous on molecular size.........forexample if we study the halogen molecules in which a attraction cofficent is high for I2 molecules and excluded volume of iodine molecules is also high ...........so it mean a and b are directly related not inverse............

So2 ka molecular size zyada ha,jis ka m.size zyada us ki liquefaction zyada.
