I'm always amazed by your artistic abilities. I love watching your videos. How do you know what your pattern will be? How do you plan this?
I took classes on Patreon by thoughtful dots on different petal designs and have a pattern book. When I start a mandala I know the colors I want to use and sometimes I have a design in mind, but I usually I just start and then chose petal designs as I go

it's a chalk marker pencil for marking fabric. I got it at a local store
