Yi is still squishy. All you need is just a good macro and cc to just burst him down. Plus, he's q dodge isn't even that hard to predict, since you'll know where the yi would be based on who he q's. Overall, enemy team could've either drafted better, or play better. They have a teemo, who can literally blind yi, making him useless. It's skill issue, yi is not broken.
Man I used to be God in yi early days of the game, but now not so much everyone counters him
