This was such an awesome and helpful video! I 100% agree with how you went about your day and like the strategy of going on Tower of Terror first! It was really interesting to see how the wait times weren't accurate most of the times because I have experienced that as well. Great video I loved it😀
This is great! I love your reviews so much! You are so thorough with them. Definitely one of my favorite vloggers! *I went to Rise at 830pm one evening and it broke down and we weren't able to ride. Luckily we had one more day and got a LL for it. If it's a must just know it could break down and does regularly*
It definitely does break down a lot. I agree to do this first if it is a priority however, you won’t have the success rate of the day like I had. Alternatively, do the rope drop method like I did and then after Mickey and Minnie go to Rise. You have the whole day to ride until we get back into the big rides again.
We're going to Hollywood Studios in the first week of January. It'll be our first time at a Disney part in at least 10 years. These videos are SO helpful in planning exactly what we want to do. Thank you!
But like I said you DONT have to do it all! It’s not realistic and that’s why I said, you could go to the pool and come back. But it definitely helps gets all the big attractions in with low wait times!
What a great video, my mom is taking me to HS in a few weeks and I didn't know what to do to save time, I hope I can apply all of your tips and have a great experience, thank you for the effort you put in your content!!
This is great advice! Rope-dropping tower has another plus - you can delay your coffee break as it wakes you right up, lol! I hope you are able to do the other parks as well.
The effort and dedication that went into this video is amazing! Some of the best knowledge of the inner workings of DHS (and that’s coming from an ex DHS cast member!) I love meeting Mickey and Minnie in this park, such cute outfits 🥰
Megan, you are just precious and I always like your outfit choices. I always find dresses/skirts cooler in the summer. This was a great video. So informative! Very thorough. And you may have even convinced me to walk into the Frozen sing along 😁. Looking forward to the restaurant view forthcoming.
Love the video. I'm curious what a good third ride in the morning would be? My family doesn't do meet-and-greets, so I would love to hear your advise about which is a good ride to choose after Sunset Blvd? I would be a resort guest and I'm thinking Smuggler's run might be a good one to do early. What do you think?
For the longest I’ve been avoiding going to Hollywood studios! I haven’t been since 2017 thinking I would be stuck waiting in line for hours. Thank you for this because it gave me hope that I can have a good day even with the crazy crowds 😊 now I’m excited to go in late January
Fantastic info!! May I ask when you did this, meaning the beginning or ending of May, beginning or ending of June etc? (I know you said a Saturday) Thank you so much!!
Omg thank you so much! I hate the idea of paying to make reservations online etc etc. I go on vacation to NOT have to do that. And yes, please do one like this of the other parks.
Thank you for doing this video! I will be park hopping to Hollywood Studios from Epcot in April. After 2pm, do you recommend going to Tower of Terror or Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway first?
Mickey and Minnie will have a shorter line, basically, if you don’t rope drop Tower it’s just going to have a long line throughout the day because of the loading capacity. So it’s up to you if you want to do the wait. You could also end your day with Tower because like I said no matter what you’re gonna have to wait so if you wanna wait when the park is closed, that may be better.
That’s ultimately up to you. Like I said in the video, you have to factor in the people you are with. I think you can use it as a blueprint but be realistic that you may not do everything since you’re with kids.
Thank you very much for doing this !! I feel sane now trying to plan this park. With F! back in Dec, how is it going to change getting ROTR at the park closing?
This is awesome! We plan to go in early October! We do want to do the building of bots and light saber..would we have time to do all of this with doing those? Would you suggest building those at the end of the day?
If you’re looking to do the popular rides, then you should follow how I did this. Do all your other must dos during the day like building a light saber!
Thank you so much! I didn’t think you’d make RoR but you did!👍🏼 We’re going as non resort guess at end of August but not to HS, any chance you can do a video like this at DAK or Epcot? Thanks again, awesome video!
I created a strategy video at Epcot after Remy went off boarding groups but before Cosmic Rewind opened, but I won’t have another before August. But this will still help because Rewind is on a boarding group so you just go when the boarding group tells you. But this is as a resort guest but I give advice for non resort guests! th-cam.com/video/YcBJmRsoDPQ/w-d-xo.html

Hi! I'm planning a Disney trip for late january 2023. It´s my boyfriend´s first time at Disneyworld and he is a big fan of Star Wars. We´re going to stay at a disney resort, so, would you recommend to ride Rise of the resistance first thing in the morning? I found this park so tricky and feel a little lost, thank you for your video and greetings from México :)
Yes if you are a resort guest absolutely rope drop it! Everyone else will too, but it will be wayyy better than a 200 minute wait. And since it breaks down a lot you’re better off doing it at that point.
Loved the video! We are planning a family vacay next fall and doing an off property stay due to our group size. This will help a lot! Question for you, how do you think this plan will be affected once Fantasmic opens back up? Any recommendations for fitting that in? Thanks!
It may a little but in your favor if you’re doing the rides. A lot of people will go to fantasmic. If you plan on going to fantasmic, you’ll just have to do some long lines during the day. I would suggest falcon because at least the line is indoors and you can catch it lower sometimes.
I have one for Epcot after Remy went off boarding groups and since Guardians is still on boarding groups the strategy is the same! th-cam.com/video/YcBJmRsoDPQ/w-d-xo.html
@@MagicalHijinx awesome but i actually would need one for epcot or magic kingdom.. do you have any videos or tips/suggestions on how to get thru those without genie+
We haven’t been to Disney World since 2016 and are planning to go early next June, staying off site. After reading about how hard it is to get through HS in a day, I’m glad to see that you can do so much, even without Lightning Lanes. We do plan to get Genie+ and be there before park opening. We have three teenagers, so we likely won’t meet characters there, so I think we can get it done. Great tips about going where the crowds aren’t and waiting for the brats, err.., kids to bug out of Toy Story Land. Subscribing so I can catch new tips as we continue planning. 😎👍
Worst Uber driver ever. 😂 Thanks for all the time and effort you put into this, it is major helpful! I usually just go in the evening when the waits are short.

which rides at hollywood studios is great for kids
Depending on height, kids can do most of the rides! The two that may not be good is tower of terror and rock n roller coaster
Should I do this with my 5 yr old daughter and 2 1/2 yr old son?
That’s ultimately up to you. Like I said in the video, you have to factor in the people you are with. I think you can use it as a blueprint but be realistic that you may not do everything since you’re with kids.
