For reference I am a really high level on wii sports baseball, and it seems that is the ONLY time you can throw 100+mph, I know I was playing Sakura and they threw a 100mph fastball, I was like WHAT THE HECK?!?!

Yo Chiz, 100+ MPH is possible with underarm throws. I hit a 103 on my second time throwing one, though it was my last unfortunately. Never fully understood how to do them
I only did it once a long time ago but 101 mph is possible with the regular pitching. Attempt after attempt, I finally got it and my arm was sore for the next 3 days. 😅
For tennis you actually get more control and spin if you leave the back person hit the ball more.... like the way doubles tennis is really played.......................................................................................................................................................
