Keep in mind this is tier 2. There is an easier tier 1 and even a super easy tier 0 and all 3 drop annis. Tier 1 and 2 only give u chances for the super unique boss items

It takes too long to apply the debuff. Not as reliable . Almost non existent on the skellies
