    다음엔 초급자에 1~3년 정도까지는 넣어주세요. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
    헬스가 초급에서 중급 넘어가는게 어려운 것 같아요. 1년 반이 조금 안된 초급자인데 나름 열심히 자극 찾으면서 운동하고 있지만 쉽지 않네요.

    저 포함해서 헬스는 갈수록 기초 보다는 기교를 부리게 되는 거 같아요. 기교는 운동 자세 뿐만 아니라 생각도 마찬가지라 생각합니다.
    보디빌딩은 선두 주자를 후발 주자가 따라 잡기 너무나도 어렵기 때문에 이러한 괴리감을 이론적 지식을 통해서 채울려고 하는 거 같아요. 절대적으로 이 운동은 실기 운동이기에 반복되는 운동 수행 과정을 통해서 성장을 해야 하는데 실기보다 이론적 지식이 앞서가니.. 본인 스스로 길을 잃어 버리는 분들을 많이 보는 거 같아요 일전에 제 지인분이 운동 6개월 정도 했다고 하는데, 썸리스 그립으로 벤치 50kg 밀고 있는 거 보고 단단히 문제 있다 생각했음

      ‘기본’이 중요한 건 어느 방면에서나 마찬가지지만
      접근성과 상업성(?)이 좋아진 덕분인지 유독 웨이트 트레이닝에서 기초 없이 빨리 가려는게 많이 보이네요.
      성장을 위해서는 무르익음의 시간이 필요하지 않나 생각합니다.

    두번째 분은 모든 운동을 위험하게 하시는 것 같아요. 저 중량하려면 일단 PT부터 제대로 받고 하시는게 부상예방이 될 것 같은데
    5년 6개월 공백기 포함했다고 해도 3대 600이라고 했을때 몸이 첫번째 분 보다 좋을 거라 생각했는데 좀 충격이긴 하네요. 중량이 전부가 아니라는걸 다시 한번 증명해주신분..
    주동근 협응근 길항근 및 반동까지 써서 부상 리스크가 높은 600칠빠엔 주동근만 먹는 200이나 300하시는게 맞는 듯.

    형님들 벤치 할때 거의 항상 왼쪽 팔꿈치 안쪽이 두둑 거리면서 심하면 통증까지 오는데 대체 어떤게 문제일까요 구력은 1년 2개월차 개헬린이입니다. 벤치 내릴때 두둑 거려요. 너무 어렵습니다ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

      자신의 몸이 소중한만큼 그런 질문은 되도록이면 온라인상에서 안하는게 좋아요.
      ㅈ도 모르는 애들한테 물어봤자 몸만 더 망가지실거에요

      영상에 나오잖아요 ㅋㅋ 대부분 팔꿈치는 수직이 아니여서 부하를 많이 받는거라 동영상 찍고 수정을 하세요
      근데 헬린이면 무게가 가벼울텐데 그래도 문제면 병원을 가보셔야지

      ​@@user-ml5nd4xg8t 본인이 컨트롤 할 수 없는 무게라 그런거애요. 70~80으로 낮춰서 해보세요. 무게 80정도로도 충분히 좋다고 하는 몸 나옵니다.
