There is some patterns in the charts that, when u have experience, u almost know them by memory, so all of sudden just by knowing those patterns you can play a song almost perfect at the first try, and then with a little more practice polish the details! My advice: listen carefully to the songs rhythm, see others players playstyle and have fun ^^
