Honestly sharp key is a good ítem but very situational getting pickups or even an ítem from killing enemies from the key is just very good, however most of the time you are not gonna have the keys to spare so that's why it gets the short end of the stick sometimes
It's usually worth at least buying just because it's 5 keys on pickup for 15 cents, which is actually pretty ridiculous in Isaac's resource economy. Whether it's worth keeping is more run-specific, although the free resources and ability to skip certain convoluted door openings are both very worth it.
At some specific speed values (one of them is Isaac base speed with Aries i believe) walking through a room into a curse door opposite the one you came from won't hurt you.
I don't like dead tooth because it doesn't do much damage. I'm always thinking I could just probably kill the enemy faster with a better item than having dead tooth and running up to them. I reroll it if I can, generally, but I don't know how much damage dead tooth actually does since I barely take it so idk.

6:19 doesnt that Health Down pill turns into a Health Up or Full Heart, you cannot be killed by pills, so if you used that pill it would've been a health up or a full health, no matter what the pills name is atm
i wouldn't say haletosis is horrible or anything, I like it, but you never get as excited to see it as, say... holy light, or tech x, or magic mush, y'know? Maybe give it a minor buff, like having it release a small poison cloud in whatever direction you're firing or smthing
I've never been a fan of the dead tooth. the aura feels way too small, and players with skill issues (like me) always end up running into enemies and taking damage/dying. I would like it if maybe Dead tooth's aura size depended on something, and I've had 3 ideas: 1) Dead tooth's Aura spawns clouds of poison gas every so often that linger, sort of like Bob's Curse bombs. 2) Dead tooth's aura grows up to twice as large the longer you shoot. or 3) Dead tooth's aura is affected by the player's range stat.
