The fire ring might be a move kinda like phoenix when you heal but is uses tons of energy instead of healing it takes your HP and gives you a damage buff or speed buff that might be cool

Hi kitt you asked what is the fire ring in dragon rework so according to me thats awakening because in one piece all zoan type fruit with awakening have a ring around them ex luffy kaida and lucci when they awakened their zoan type devil fruit they got a ring and kaido also got who is a dragon user. I think it helped 😊
Update 20 was my favorite because of the reworks. The kitsune and t rex updates were ok but everyone just spams with it now.

The rings on the dragon fruit model is the smoke on awakened fruits such as Luffy gear 5 and rob lucci( awakened form)

the fire rings probably represent the awakening because in the anime if a zoan type fruit was awakened a ring kinda thing would come on their back like luffy's awakening
The fire ring signifies awakening. Cause in one piece if the zoan is awakened, the character have the ring like cloud too

Update 15 was when I began and I’m not even max as I took a break, when I came back at update 18 I was like “WHAT?!” My fruit I used was magma and when I used it when I returned I was a bit shocked, and as I was max on that update I was confused when I didn’t see (max) near my name and when I realised I no longer had all the swords in the game I was like… WHAT IS A CDK?!!?
Us just in update 10000 and looking at the million different fruits and just wishing that it was just the Kitsune era again
