Just started to use the TourBox Lite and found your advice setting up very useful. Great value if you are more of an amateur photographer and a really well made piece of equipment.
Thanks for the preset I just downloaded. Would you be willing to create a walk-through of the custom functions you made and explain why? That way, I don't overlook any of the cool customized settings you created. Thanks a million.
Thanks so much for the comment, and I'm glad to hear you found the video useful. Just a quick update: I've included a link to download my TourBox preset for free in the video description. I appreciate your suggestion and hope you enjoy it! ;) Ciao
@@AndreaLivieriPhotothank you for your positive feedback. Actually, I don't have a tour box. I just suggested it because I liked your contents. Your tutorial is great. I will recommend your channel to my students.
Hey Andrea, thank you for presenting this tool to us. I like the form factor and price difference to a new loupedeck+ (for the Neo, not the elite) and wonder, how well it works on Windows. I think I will try it out, as I am looking for better options to quickly edit, even though I am quite accustomed to Capture One controls.
Thank you for the comment, and I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I love the TourBox, and I've been using it daily. It's one of those rare tools that truly improved the way I edit my images. If the lack of Bluetooth on the Neo model doesn't bother you, well, it's a great option. The Loupedeck+ is a fantastic device, but the dealbreaker is that it's too big and has too many controls. I prefer to keep my desk as clutter-free as possible, so the TourBox Elite fits perfectly, and it doesn't take up a lot of space at all. Ciao 😃
Hi Andrea ! What a nice tool indeed ! Have you got a chance to try the Loupedeck Live and the Loupedeck CT ? They seem very compact and effective ! Take good care, Colin
Hi Colin, Thanks so much for the comment and glad you enjoyed the video. I’ve never tried Loupedeck products, so I can’t tell how effective they are. The beautiful thing about the Tourbox is that I don’t need to look at it. It’s all about gestures and muscle memory. That’s the key aspect that differentiates the two. Ciao 🙂
Hello, I downloaded your preset but it doesn't seem to work for creating new filled or empty layers. I see its mapped to OPT + E which doesn't create a new layer on Capture One 16.5.3. I'm also on a Mac M3 (not sure if you're on a PC). Anyway, I tried to find the shortcut keys for layers in Capture One but I don't see any in the menus. Do you know how to find these to verify I have the right shortcut keys for my machine? Thanks again
I've noticed this past month TourBox and Luminar Neo were both reviewed on several TH-cam Channels I am subscribed and also pushed by their marketing teams. I suppose it's a form of marketing for the manufacturer and I wonder what the real cost is to a channel? But that's just me always asking questions! Personally the more pieces in the editing process the less I like it but that's also just me. 🙂
Hi Tom, thanks for your comment. It's quite common for manufacturers to collaborate with content creators to promote their products. As I mentioned in the video, in my case, I've always been transparent with my audience, and I'm very selective about the sponsorships I accept. I only endorse products that I genuinely enjoy and believe will benefit my viewers. Just so you're aware, when brands reach out to me, I'm not informed about the scale of the campaign or how many other creators are involved. Creating videos requires a lot of work and time, and sponsorships help keep the channel going and improve the content that creators can provide for free. Therefore, I believe there's nothing wrong with brands partnering with content creators to increase the visibility of their products, provided that the creators genuinely appreciate the product. I also totally get that not everyone likes external devices and prefers to keep things as minimalist as they can. We all have our own ways of doing things :) Ciao
Thanks Andrea for this very clear review of the TourBox! Your channel is so valuable to the community 👌🏼👌🏼🤘🏻🤘🏻

That’s an interesting accessory. Looks like a video game 😊.
Thank you, Barbara! It does have a bit of a video game vibe, doesn't it? 😄 I'm glad you find it interesting! Ciao
