Thanks for the video. However, the video has a lot of beginner level details that should not be included about such advanced topic. It would be better if you made a separate video for how to generate images and dedicated one for character consistency.
Think of the seed as a reference point. The seed is like a number you use to reference your image generation. Once you start using the same number for the seed it will use all previous results as parameters for the new result
