what percentage is significant bone loss?
There is no fixed absolute value... The surgeon takes into account status of labrum, capsule and bone loss to decide if Latarjet procedure is needed... Usually more than 25%...but sometimes more than 20 or 22% are also considered significant

can you do method on muscle atrophy and measuring muscle architecture like fascicle length, cross sectional area, muscle volume. Are these methods on MRI objective to only muscle fibers?
Hello, mam i am a final year mbbs student and i have habitual left shoulder sublaxation. And when i am in supine position i am not able to hold my shoulder in sublaxated position. Is there any other way ( like standing MRI) to take MRI of my sublaxated shoulder. And please can you tell me about treatment for habitual sublaxation.

What are the indications of MRI shoulder arthrogam in the era of 3T MRI ?
mam i am 24yrs old 2days back my soulder got dislocated while playing cricket and through reduction doctor fixed it...presently m using sling...and the doctor advised not to go for sports for the next 3-4 months. is there any chance of reccuring dislocation ?
You should get a XR and better an MRI to evaluate that broder, I am 24 that I had that, doctor need tl evaluate my case now, hopefully I will not be operated :)
