Madam it's nice to watch your video i have one question How is the difference between gray code and reflective code

In gray code we perform xor operation and only one bit change in next no for example 011 is gray of 2 and 010 is gray of 3 , 110 is gray of 100
But in reflecting code when we take complement then we get other number
Ex 2421 is reflecting code
In this 7 is 0111 and comp. Of 7 is 1000 which is 2 hence 7 and 2 reflecting codes in this
